To support our Copy team we are searching for a Senior Catalog Specialist (f/m/d) to be based in our Milan office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Oversee the quality and consistency of the product details across all three platforms
* Onboard new team members, provide feedback, and support their professional development
* Coordinate workflows for the Product Copy team, including product writing, approvals, and translations to ensure smooth and timely delivery
* Act as point of contact for cross-functional teams, coordinating with other departments to meet deadlines and uphold quality standards
* Manage and maintain the product catalog library, ensuring the product information is accurate, detailed, and reflects our brand and legal requirements
* Drive continuous optimization of product details through regular review, testing, and refinement across all platforms
* Implement and manage QA processes to maintain brand standards
* Organize and maintain resources for the Product Copy team, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date
* Keep things running smoothly by making sure the studio spaces, racks, and trolleys are organized and efficient for everyday use
WHO YOU ARE
* 3-5 years of experience in writing, editing, translation or project management, with proven leadership in fashion e-commerce, editorial, or digital media environments
* Deep understanding of the fashion industry, including trends, brands, and textiles
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a track record of coordinating workflows or projects
* Proficiency in English with excellent comprehension skills
* Familiar with MS Office and CMS systems
* Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Creative Writing, Marketing, Translation, or a fashion-related field
* Proactive, analytical, and solutions-oriented, always seeking opportunities for improvement
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate cross-functionally
