Your role
The Regional P2P Manager will play an integral role in support of sourcing and procuring services and goods for their Digital Realty subregion in close collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders across the corresponding countries (Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, and other functions) to manage and execute strategic sourcing, supplier management and other activities to deliver on goals & requirements with differentiated value, resilience and cost management. in this role you will manage a team across different geographies.

2. Implementing the new procurement IT system
3. Materials Procurement and Sourcing
4. Purchase Order (PO) Management
5. Delivery Management
6. Supplier Consolidation
7. Team Leadership and Subregional Management
8. Reporting on Performance
9. Operational improvements
10. Supporting the EMEA Sourcing Director
What you’ll need
11. Minimum finished bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
12. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in P2P, procurement or supply chain management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role leading a P2P team
13. Extended experience in PO Management
14. Must have excellent verbal and written English skills, multiple languages a strong plus
15. Proven leadership and team management skills
16. Excellent negotiation skills
17. Able to adapt, multi-task, prioritize, take/give direction, and work independently and with timeline constraints
18. Enjoys challenges, is goal oriented, and can work with autonomy
19. Ability to navigate conflict with suppliers and company stakeholders
