We do this with programmatic campaigns consisting of a repository of global and field programs that fits the needs of each market, segment and team, delivering integrated, account/industry/persona centric customer journeys along the entire funnel. Alongside this we continue to make our community of customers our best advocates and speakers via our Community platform, Celopeers. Included in this team are Field Marketing, Global Campaigns, Digital Marketing and Marketing Operations. People are empowered to do their best work, think with a growth mindset and build their careers with Celonis. /ph3The Role /h3pBased in Milan, the Sr. Field Marketing Manager, Italy is the demand generation lead for that region, responsible for the entire demand generation execution and strategy. This person sits within the wider demand generation team that includes Field Marketing, Digital Marketing, Global Programs and Marketing Operations. /ph3The work you’ll do /h3ulliBuild the regional demand generation plan working closely with regional sales leaders, driving execution thru all contributors: account executives, business development representatives, partners and the digital marketing teams /liliExecute the field marketing part of the demand generation plan by implementing global persona campaigns and devising local initiatives to create a multi-channel marketing strategy that includes, but not limited to, events and round tables (digital or physical), account-based marketing, partner marketing (co-sell and thru), email campaigns, third-party partnerships, customer and community marketing (Celopeers), reference marketing /liliCollaborate closely with the global digital marketing team to execute campaigns via digital channels (email, LinkedIn etc) and also works in tandem with global programs to execute local flavor of global campaigns in region /liliDrive the full NordicsCIS demand generation pipeline by supporting and equipping business development, sales and partners with the necessary tools to generate their own pipe /liliResponsible for regional field marketing spend and manages demand generation reporting driving corrective action if needed to achieve demand generation targets of the region /liliWork with the corporate marketing teams, ensuring consistency of message and brand, in localizing, adapting and executing corporate campaigns /liliCommunicate effectively and enables the regional sales and partner teams with new Marketing / Sales messages and propositions /liliCollaborate with regional peers, shares best practices and aligns with the extended marketing teams /li /ulh3The qualifications you need /h3ulliLanguage requirements: Fluent or native English Italian /liliMinimum 7 years’ experience of which 4 years minimum in a regional marketing role responsible for a 7-digit pipe loading target at a leading Software or SaaS company /liliExtensive experience in a related Demand Generation or Field Marketing position /liliProven track record of working with Sales, partner team and customer success teams as well as corporate marketing team and managing budgets, planning / executing campaigns that drive demand in the assigned regional markets /liliExperience in B2B Marketing, ideally in the Data Analytics market and/or SaaS experience preferable /liliProven track record of using a wide variety of tactics like account-based marketing, events, online, email, partner marketing. Experience in Marketing Automation (Pardot) and proficient in using Salesforce.com, highly proficient in using MS Office/ Google equivalent /liliAnalytical and data driven approach to marketing planning and reporting /liliThe ability to travel within the region is necessary; and for regular team meetings in the regional headquarter.
