Innovation, continuous research, digital industry and sustainability are the pillars of its business worldwide.Within Leonardo Aeronautica's Service BU, specifically in the Customer Support & Service organizational unit, we are looking for a **Contract Manager** for our Pomigliano d'Arco office.Main activities:* Ensures the management of contracts within their area of responsibility; * Provides support in defining and preparing simplification clauses for contract management; * Provides the necessary inputs for invoicing clients; * Supports the internal kick-off of assigned contracts; * Prepares documentation for obtaining import/export licenses, in accordance with current regulations; * Ensures the formal handover of stipulated contracts, disseminating relevant contractual elements to all interested organizational units; * Ensures, in coordination with the reference ILS Manager, the alignment of operational planning with contractual requirements and verifies the acceptability of deliveries by the Client; * Manages processes and procedures related to contractual deliveries; * Provides input for the preparation, updating and monitoring of the Budget and Commercial Plan; * Supports the optimization of financial flows, promoting debt recovery actions and accelerating collections; * Acts as the main interface with the Client for logistics support contracts, ensuring the uniqueness of technical-administrative communication in coordination with the ILS Manager; * Verifies, for logistics support contracts, the achievement of contractual milestones to monitor margins and support the economic-financial progress towards the CS&S Planning, Reporting and KPI unit; * Provides input for the preparation and issuance of the revenue order plan (COR); * Ensures the convening and conduct of periodic Business Reviews for relevant programs, with the support of the ILS Manager.**Educational Qualification:** Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Management Engineering.**Seniority:** Junior**Knowledge and technical skills:*** Proactive and analytical profile, with excellent negotiation skills and a strong focus on results and problem solving.**Behavioral skills:*** Ability to work in a team; * Communication and relationship skills with clients and suppliers; * Organizational and coordination skills; * Problem solving and results orientation; * Flexibility.**Language skills:*** Knowledge of written and spoken English level B2/C1.**Computer skills:*** Excellent knowledge of the Office suite and SAP management system.**Other:**Availability for national travel.Working with us, you will constantly face the challenges of high technology, enhance your skills and build an excellent professional career.**Seniority:** Junior**Primary Location:** IT - Napoli - Pomigliano**Contract Type:** Permanent**Hybrid Working:** In locoQuesta opportunità è disponibile nelle seguenti città: Napoli, Pomigliano D'Arco.
