We are looking for an exceptional and proactive organizational talent to join our team.
The Role We are seeking a multitasking, resilient professional with a passion for the music and show business. The ideal candidate must be prepared to thrive under pressure and be willing to travel for short periods as necessary (Italy and abroad, as well as on board cruise ships).
Core Duties
Manage and organize the Production Department’s agenda and workflow.
Coordinate all logistics and communication with artists.
Conduct site inspections prior to events to assess operational needs.
Develop professional and engaging PowerPoint presentations.
Provide general administrative support and assist with light social media management.
Required Qualifications
Experience working in show business or live event environments.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint) and/or Canva.
Fluency in English (written and spoken), other foreign languages is a significant plus.
Basic proficiency in Social Media Management.
This is a professional contractor role requiring self‑employment status (Italian
Partita Iva
or equivalent). Candidates must either possess a VAT number or be willing to open one. The company will provide full assistance with the registration and will cover all associated opening costs for the successful candidate.
