Your ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive sales growth in ItalianDIYand home improvement market, ensuring achievement of business development and revenue targets.
Develop and execute the Italian channel strategy in alignment with the company's overall objectives — covering all key channels such as national DIY chains, distributors, and independent dealers.
Build and strengthen long-term partnerships with major DIY chains (e.g., Leroy Merlin, OBI, Bricocenter, Bricoman, Bricofer etc.), ensuring mutual growth and high customer satisfaction.
Identify and open new accounts in areas or chains where the company has not yet established presence.
Lead channel and product planning, including assortment, pricing, and promotion strategies tailored to the Italian market.
Plan and execute quarterly and annual sales plans, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, service, finance) to ensure seamless execution of sales and channel activities.
Support capability building in retail excellence, in-store marketing, and sales effectiveness to strengthen overall channel performance.
