Head of Sales WW - Accessories
The Head of Sales WW will be responsible for defining the global brand sales strategy, developing the sales plan, and managing the sale of all collections across all channels.
Responsibilities
1. Create and achieve targeted sales goals;
2. Select, develop, and coach sales professionals to achieve goals for profitable revenue growth;
3. Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with executive decision-makers in large accounts;
4. Pursue identified business prospects and actively participate in developing new business opportunities;
5. Identify, open, and manage domestic retail accounts;
6. Communicate regularly with buyers to promote strong sell-through, staff knowledge, introduce new lines, and gather sales feedback;
7. Review and analyze sales performance against programs, quotes, and plans to determine effectiveness;
8. Perform all other duties as needed to maintain and grow profitable business within the assigned
