Sinclair International is a multinational company headquartered in England that provides labeling solutions for the food industry on a global scale, offering customised systems for every application.


For the Italian Branch Office of Sinclair International, SCR is looking for a Customer Service & Administration Specialist. This role will support the Finance Manager in carrying out area-related activities, with a focus on customer service and customs clearance, collaborating closely with the UK headquarter to ensure compliance with deadlines, regulations, and company guidelines.

Specifically, the position will be responsible for:

Administration, Accounting, and Finance

* Process and record intercompany invoices
* Manage regular collection and payment accounting, liaising with suppliers and customers as necessary
* Manage monthly IVA returns and any exemptions, to be validated at the end of the period
* Liaise with external consultants for IVA filing
* Record daily journal entries (bank reconciliation)
* Support the Finance Manager in reporting, reviewing, and reconciling the financial statements

Customer Service

* Order entry, generation of transport documents, and invoicing
* Tracking of goods being shipped and cleared through customs, maintaining constant communication with shippers to resolve any issues


* Graduation in Administration and Finance or a degree in economics.
* Short/medium experience in administrative, accounting, or financial matters, preferably in a manufacturing and international context. Figures with their first professional experience will be considered if they have completed an internship or traineeship during their academic training.
* Knowledge of accounting, administrative, and financial principles.
* Knowledge of back-office sales and customs clearance activities, derived from experience, even brief, in accounting and administrative matters, preferably in an international context.
* Knowledge of accounting and reporting software and management systems, including ERP (Oracle knowledge is preferred).
* Fluent English
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (excellent knowledge of Excel)

COMPANY OFFERS:

CCNL Commerce, 14 months' salary, permanent contract. Salary commensurate with seniority and experience. Benefits: meal vouchers, company benefits, and variable bonuses.
