Corporate Medical Affairs Manager
Fidia Pharma, an Italian multinational pharmaceutical company headquartered in Abano Terme (Padua), is recruiting a Corporate Medical Affairs Manager/Senior Manager to strengthen its Corporate Medical Affairs team.

Main responsibilities:
* Manage all educational content and materials related to diagnostics product lines and associated disease states, industry trends, and publications.
* Review and interpret patient data derived from clinical studies, registries, and published literature, translating information for diverse audiences.
* Lead logistics and organization of medical affairs activities and meetings with internal and external stakeholders, CROs, and KOLs.
* Provide therapeutic area expertise and medical input into the overall development and global commercialization strategy.
* Ensure accuracy, strategic focus, and compliance of medical and commercial materials, including symposia, congress presentations, and all marketing and sales content.
* Develop strategies for RWE, HEOR, and Patient Advocacy tactical execution.
* Serve as primary point of contact between institutions and MedEd/ClinComm.
* Review and approve promotional materials, local packaging, package inserts, and product resumes according to Fidia’s SOP, policy, and procedures.
* Identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and expert speakers to provide technical and clinical insight with real‑world applications.
Requirements:
* Master’s degree in a scientific discipline; candidates holding a Medical degree are strongly encouraged.
* Previous experience in Medical Affairs.
* Preferred experience in an international‑level role.
* Full understanding of international procedures, local rules, and legislation.
* Strong research and medical data interpretation skills.
* Good knowledge of the Office Suite.
* Excellent communication skills, problem‑solving orientation, and result orientation with creative thinking.
* Excellent proficiency in English and Italian.

* Salary between €75,000 and €94,000 with short‑term incentives based on objective achievement.
