Mission of the Role
Lead and manage the Restaurant, Room Service and cellar operations of all the designated business units.
Job Summary
To manage properly all the activities related to the Restaurant Manager position.
What Will I Be Doing?
* Detect, consolidate needs and opportunities of hotels under my responsibility and make proposals to the F&B Partner for validation.
* Ensure the maintenance, supply and inventory of wine cellars under responsibility.
* Lead the up-selling strategy related to the role alongside the F&B Managers.
* Provide the necessary tools for proper execution of restaurant service standards.
* Ensure correct use of OS&E set by different outlets according to their established concept standard.
* Participate in operations meetings and produce action plans to improve related KPIs.
* Produce the necessary training plans together with the HR department of the hotels under responsibility.
* Support the search for head of department profiles in the hotels under responsibility.
* Be knowledgeable of department budget.
* Support and participate in the identification of talent in the department.
What Are We Looking For?
* Previous experience in the role in a hotel with multiple F&B outlets.
* Leadership skills.
* Fluent in Italian and English.
