We are currently seeking driven and passionate retail professionals and would like to offer a Store Manager position for our store in Florence.
The Store Manager will support in leading the ZIMMERMANN teams to success while embodying the brand through optimism, creativity and sophistication. The role is that of a role‑model for team members, consistently providing leadership and setting a standard that inspires the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure client satisfaction is achieved by every team member.
- Ensure that all team members maintain a superior standard of excellence in client service, brand knowledge and product knowledge.
- Focus on excellent performance and results, based on clear KPIs.
- Promote an enjoyable working environment that encourages passion, focus and discipline.
- Follow the recruitment process to be effectively managed in store.
- Oversee the stocktake and ensure the stock coordinators are organised, prepared and conduct in accordance with our policies and procedures.
- Check timesheets are completed.
- Ensure merchandising, window display and the team’s presentation and wardrobe are in line with our policies and procedures.
Skills, Experience and Knowledge
- Profound experience in a similar leadership role in Florence (knowledge of customer habits and area).
- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
- Passion for the brand and the fashion luxury retail industry.
- Strong communication skills – the ability to interact positively with the team and clients in store.
