This is a trusted role, requiring a high level of confidentiality, precision, and organisational skills. Key Responsibilities - Household and Family Office Management - Oversee daily operations of the main residence and secondary properties - Manage calendars, appointments, mail, and deliveries - Coordinate family logistics (travel, transfers, private events) - Handle administrative matters and document filing - Staff and Supplier Coordination - Supervise and schedule household staff (housekeepers, drivers, gardeners, etc.) - Select, coordinate, and manage suppliers, maintenance contractors, and external services - Monitor service quality and manage contracts and renewals - Administration and Budget Management - Verify and process invoices and receipts - Provide periodic reports to the family and accountants - Maintain a structured and updated filing system - Chauffeur duties - Pet sitting on occasions! Family Support - Organise domestic and international travel, including bookings and itineraries - Coordinate family events, dinners, and private functions - Handle personal errands and procurement of household goods - Oversee security measures and insurance policies Required Qualifications - Excellent command of Italian and English C1 to C2 level (spoken and written) - Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles (household administration, property management, personal or executive assistant) - Strong organisational skills, reliability, and attention to detail - Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Suite - High level of discretion, confidentiality, and flexibility with working hours - Currently live in Torino Preferred Qualifications - Previous experience in UHNW households, embassies, luxury hotels, or international environments. - Familiarity with smart home systems or management of multiple properties. - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel if needed.
