Buyer Specialist – ENAV Join to apply for the Buyer Specialist role at ENAV. We accompany those who fly daily with reliability and safety, designing the skies of the future through investment in people and innovation for sustainable air transport and the country’s economic growth.
Techno Sky is the ENAV Group’s company responsible for the hardware/software maintenance of flight service systems. We develop complex software supporting air traffic analysis and control, complying with international standards. As a mission‑critical systems integrator, we manage the entire value chain, ensuring technical and operational oversight of control centers, airports, radar and meteorological systems, and avionics support tools.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with inter‑functional teams to understand technical requirements of solutions and projects.
Analyze internal needs and plan purchases.
Draft technical specifications and procurement documents in collaboration with technical offices.
Manage purchase procedures using dedicated platforms (e.g., MePA, e‑procurement).
Search, select and evaluate suppliers.
Request and compare offers, negotiate economic and contractual terms.
Issue purchase orders.
Maintain supplier relationships and resolve issues.
Monitor supplier performance using KPI.
Manage documentation and archiving in compliance with regulations.
Support the preparation of cost reports and analysis.
Qualifications
University degree (at least 3 years) in economics, law, engineering or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in a complex procurement environment.
Knowledge of the Public Procurement Code.
Good command of the Microsoft Office suite.
English language proficiency at B2 level (CEFR).
Italian language proficiency at C1 level or higher (CEFR).
Additional Skills
Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Suite.
Knowledge of Oracle SAP.
Experience with MEPA procurement.
Experience in managing supplier councils.
