Your role at KIKO MILANO We are looking for a Business Controller to join KIKO Milano's Finance Team.
Such talent will be a key partner, providing guidance, insights and analysis to support the organization with decision making and to achieve business and budgets targets.
The mission of the Business Controller is to help business in the analysis and control cost and forecast, collecting data about KPIs and performance for the Italian Channel (more than 330 direct stores) and design useful reports.
In particular, you will:
Be responsible for accurate, timely and reliable business reports about KPIs to support retail analysis and drive retail decisions;
Analyse Italian market to provide the full overview of the business;
Forecast sales target, identifying potential risks and opportunities for the business;
Support the budgeting and forecasting processes for incentive system, rewards and labour cost;
Work closely withthe Retail Department in providing the relevant financial information to support their key strategic initiative.
What you will need to succeed Master Degree in Economics or equivalent 3-4 years experience in a Planning & Control Department Good level in English Knowledge of SAP, TAGETIK, Power BI is a plus Retail experience is a plus Strong motivation, passion for the job, strong leadership, results driven approach We would love if you had Strong problem-solving skills & detail-oriented approach Highly collaborative style & willingness and demonstrated ability to work in team Openness to a culture of continuous feedback KIKO si impegna ad ampliare i propri sforzi per garantire le Pari Occasione e dedica una particolare attenzione all'integrazione delle persone con disabilità all'interno dell'azienda.
