Fri-El Green Power S.p.A., a leader in the production of energy from renewable sources, particularly in the wind sector, is looking for a Junior Performance Manager - Wind Energy (m/f/d) to strengthen its team at the Bolzano headquarters.
The O&M; department manages the company's assets in a comprehensive way, handling the technical and commercial operation of the plants: from performance monitoring to the coordination and implementation of maintenance strategies. With over 70 specialized technicians, we manage and maintain more than 1 GW across wind farms and photovoltaic plants—a number that continues to grow.
The selected candidate will join the O&M; department and be involved in asset management-related activities, such as:
- Continuous monitoring of asset performance;
- Detailed performance analysis (identifying potential deviations) and creation of ad hoc analytical models;
- Development and integration of new performance monitoring tools (Level II SCADA) to support and optimize operational activities, potentially in collaboration with the Operational Technology department;
- Support to the operations team through analysis of wind and photovoltaic plant performance;
- Evaluation of component failure rates;
- Production of performance monitoring reports;
- Support in the administrative management of assets.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in engineering or in a physical/mathematical field;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and programming tools (Python);
- Good command of English;
- Willingness to travel nationally and across Europe;
- Strong problem-solving skills and goal orientation;
- Teamwork mindset.
