Junior Category Manager IT/Guest Technology - VIE - (m/f/d)
Are you ready to embark on an international experience with one of the leading global hospitality groups? As a Junior Category Manager Guest Technology within our Astore Procurement Department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting IT-related procurement strategies across the Europe & North Africa (ENA) region. Join a diverse, multicultural team and help identify hotel needs, find innovative IT solutions, and contribute to responsible hospitality.
The role will be based either in our office in Milan or Madrid, with a possible contract duration between 12 to 24 months.
What will you do?
* Assist in developing strategies for IT categories including hardware, software, audio-visual, and payment solutions.
* Support RFP processes, supplier negotiations, and contract management to ensure optimal offers for the hotel network.
* Manage supplier relationships, including organizing business reviews, renegotiations, and sourcing new suppliers when necessary.
* Deploy supplier solutions across the hotel network and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Contribute to procurement data analysis to identify savings opportunities and support decision-making.
Qualifications
Our ideal profile would be:
* Knowledge or experience in IT procurement categories and strategies.
* Familiarity with procurement and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, e-Procurement tools).
* Experience or interest in the hospitality industry is a plus.
* Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to work in multicultural teams.
* Professional proficiency in English; French would be a plus.
