For our new Global Centre of Expertise, based in Alba (CN), we are looking for a Global Professional Maintenance Manager. Responsibilities Lead our Professional Maintenance central team and drive the development and deployment of Ferrero Operational Excellence (FOX) methodologies related to Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) / Lean Manufacturing / World Class Manufacturing (WCM), with a focus on the Preventive Maintenance (PM) pillar in the global industrial network. Coordinate and drive internal and external best practices cross-fertilization, continuous improvement, and workshops with related industrial functions. Act as a change agent to foster an operational excellence culture through TPM/WCM and Preventive Maintenance strategies: Preventive, Predictive, and Reliability Centered Maintenance. Support the team manager in coordinating central Operation Performance teams and partner functions (Health & Safety, Food Safety & Quality, Engineering, People & Organization, etc.), ensuring coherence with PM FOX principles, methodologies and Ferrero Governance, Risk and Compliance procedures. Develop and improve PM methodologies and related procedures; create, update and standardize training materials; define PM KPIs/KAIs and set targets at Group and Area levels. Coach and support Plant Maintenance Managers on PM methodologies using a train-the-trainer approach; consolidate PM global and local initiatives, track progress, conduct training, workshops, audits/assessments and report results to improve Overall Asset Effectiveness (OAE) and competitiveness to global benchmark levels. Assess and validate the maturity of PM implementation and drive synergy with Autonomous Maintenance (AM) methodologies at local levels through audit/assessment plans. Drive internal and external best practices cross-fertilization and continuous improvement; act as a change agent to foster an ongoing culture of improvement. Co-coordinate professional teams to foster a collaborative environment that drives innovation and excellence; effective communication and leadership to land the program at global scale. Qualifications Master’s degree in engineering or a related technical field with 10 years of experience in managing a maintenance department; deep understanding of industrial processes; strong technical skills; expertise in TPM / WCM or Lean Manufacturing; proven track record of delivering OEE improvements. Ability to co-coordinate professional teams and work collaboratively across functions; proactive and committed to continuous improvement. Fluency in English is mandatory; an additional language is a plus. Business trips will be around 50%.
