Responsibilities
* Take full ownership of the communication strategy for our products and collaborate with development teams to craft impactful messaging for external audiences.
* Create compelling content, including social media posts, blog articles, in-app messages, and emails, to keep users engaged and informed.
* Leverage multimedia formats such as videos and visuals to enhance engagement, strengthen brand identity, and foster community involvement.
* Manage our online presence, address community questions and concerns, and enhance the perception of our products and brand.
* Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, and regularly introduce new ideas to improve our messaging and brand presence.
