At Juventus, our Partnerships Activation Team create impactful campaigns that deliver value for our commercial partners and the club. Your mission Strategic Management: Manage a portfolio of official partners and ensure full delivery of contractual rights. Build a deep understanding of each partner's business to design best-in-class activation programs. Co‐develop season‐long marketing plans and tailored activation strategies. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to create meaningful campaigns aligned with partners' KPIs. Track and measure KPIs to demonstrate tangible impact. Support partners through every stage of activation: campaign development, matchday coordination, branding, and digital visibility. Proactively suggest new activation opportunities to maximize impact. Operational Coordination: Maintain strong, long‐term relationships with partners and foster synergies. Develop expertise in partners' industries and stay informed on sponsorship trends. Produce internal and external reports (monthly, digital activation reviews, end‐of‐season). Ensure compliance with contract policies and participate in renewal discussions. Continuously identify areas for improvement in partnership management. Who you are 5–6 years in client/account management, ideally in sports, media, advertising, or entertainment Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication (Sport Management is a plus) Project management, creativity, social/digital expertise, data analysis, fluent English Highly organized, proactive, collaborative, problem‐solving mindset, and flexibility to work At Juventus, we're committed to building a diverse and inclusive environment.
