If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and are eager to contribute to our continued growth, we would love to hear from you! /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliOrder management: order entry, order confirmation, tracking, and follow-up. /liliCollaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure sales objectives are met and provide backup when necessary. /liliCoordinate with Supply Chain functions such as purchasing, logistics, and shipping to ensure delivery timelines are respected. /liliMaintain regular communication with international distributors regarding order status, product availability, and required documentation. /liliPrepare export documentation (invoices, delivery notes, certificates). /liliHandle complaints and non-conformities in collaboration with the Quality and Sales teams, ensuring reliable communication without fail. /liliProvide back-office support to the Export Sales team. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliPrevious experience in customer service or export coordination within industrial or manufacturing environments. /liliExcellent command of English; additional languages such as French and German are a plus. /liliProficiency in ERP systems (knowledge of D365 will be an advantage) and good knowledge of Excel. /liliStrong organizational skills, customer orientation, and good interpersonal and communication skills. /liliPunctual, precise, and flexible with strong problem-solving abilities. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
