Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic
Field Marketing Manager
to lead and execute regional marketing initiatives across new markets, such as Eastern European market. This role is pivotal in establishing our presence, enabling our
distributors and sales teams
, driving
joint co-marketing programs
, and ensuring brand consistency, new market entry and growth in diverse and evolving markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Distributor Enablement:
o Develop and deliver and ensure utilization of marketing toolkits, training, and content tailored to local distributor needs.
o Support product launches and campaigns with localized assets and messaging.
o Monitor and optimize distributor marketing performance.
Sales Team Collaboration:
o Partner with regional sales teams to align marketing strategies with commercial goals.
o Provide lead generation support through targeted campaigns and events.
o Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform sales strategies.
Co-Marketing Execution:
o Plan and manage joint marketing initiatives (events, digital campaigns, trainings, open-days, product displays…) with key installation partners and distributors.
o Oversee budgeting, execution, and ROI tracking of co-branded campaigns.
o Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and legal requirements.
Market Strategy & Localization:
o Adapt global marketing strategies to fit regional cultural, economic, and regulatory contexts.
o Identify growth opportunities and emerging trends in the region.
o Represent the voice of the customer and market within the global marketing team.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
· years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in energy, tech, or industrial sectors.
· Proven success in distributor/channel marketing and regional campaign execution.
· International working experience. Understanding of Eastern European markets is a plus.
· Experience in working with cross-functional teams including executive management, sales/channel sales, product management and other marketing functions.
· Great customer and executive stakeholder communications skills.
· Creative and resourceful thinker capable of operating both in a strategic capacity and a hands-on/execution capacity.
· Excellent communication skills in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
· Willingness to travel across the region to visit customers, attend events and sales meetings
