Service Engineer – Marine Galley Equipmentbr/br/Nantes, France – Treviso, Italy – Helsinki, Finlandbr/br/We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Marine Galley Service Engineer to join our client’s Service Operations team. This position focuses on executing and overseeing service activities aboard vessels, specifically for professional-grade kitchen systems.br/br/In this role, you’ll leverage your technical expertise and organizational skills while maintaining a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.br/br/Key Duties:br/br/- Perform onboard inspections to assess technical concerns and assist customers in articulating their requirements. - Collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule and prepare for service tasks. - Carry out maintenance and repair work on our client’s professional kitchen equipment. - Deliver training to onboard staff to ensure the safe and effective operation of kitchen systems. - Provide technical insights and collaborate with the Spare Parts and Product teams. - Support the enhancement of service tools, such as maintenance databases, installation resources, digital guides, reports, and planning systems.br/br/Qualifications and Experience:br/br/- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical discipline (mandatory). - Hands-on experience with professional kitchen equipment maintenance, particularly cooking systems such as ovens, dishwashers, tilting pans, kettles, and fryers. - Familiarity with refrigeration systems is a notable advantage. - Proficiency in spoken and written English. - Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative work ethic. - A customer-focused mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues. - Knowledge of industry quality standards and maintenance protocols. - Competence in using Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Project.br/br/This role is perfect for a proactive individual with a passion for technical problem-solving and customer service excellence.br/br/If you are interested, please get in touch with Joshua Skinner on +44 2392 322357 or
