About the Role:
The Supply Chain Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of materials and certificates to internal customers. This involves managing delivery plans, monitoring production schedules, and coordinating logistics with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing supplier relationships to ensure on-time delivery of materials and associated documentation
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to prioritize deliveries and prevent criticalities
- Partnering with quality teams to support supplier surveillance and issue resolution
- Working with logistics teams to optimize transportation planning and minimize costs
- Supporting vendor recovery negotiations and account payable resolutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, economics, or a related field
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work proactively and analytically to identify and resolve problems
- Fluency in both Italian and English, with an EU passport and willingness to travel up to 20%
