Overview The Inside Sales Engineer is responsible for generating, revising and sending the final version of a technically and commercially accurate quotation to the customer based on its requirements. The offer shall be in accordance with the IMI-CCI Sales and Marketing Guideline and the subsequent costs & delivery time baseline or agreed exceptions. Responsibilities Connect with Customers, Outside Sales (OS), internal/external suppliers. Review customer specifications, Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) and involve appropriate departments (e.g., Design Engineering, Quality Engineering / Quality Assurance, Project Management, Purchasing, Planning, as well as internal and external resources) to release a precise and effective proposal. Send RFQ to selected vendors (e.g., IMI-sister companies sub-suppliers). Compare proposals from different suppliers and match the technical, commercial and delivery requirements. Run Sales Force SFDC process. Calculate project net costs and maximize the sales Gross Margin (GM). Review the customer purchase order against the latest offer and resolve potential deviations. Compile the completed Customer Order Review Board Package (CORB-Package) and provide it to the Manager. Requirements 10 years experience in system integration and 5 years in HIPPS application, as Proposal Manager & Cost Estimator (ISE) is mandatorily required. Strong mechanical technical background in system integration, gained in EPCs or Fabrication companies. Industrial automation experience would be a nice to have. Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Ability to work independently and autonomously. Excellent communication, negotiation, and CRM skills. Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel). Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Interest in working in an international environment.
