Mission
Ensure on-site supervision and coordination of HSE activities during construction works, guaranteeing compliance with Italian regulations and company procedures.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate HSE activities on site during construction phases
- Ensure compliance with applicable HSE laws, standards, and company procedures
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams on HSE matters
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and participate in safety meetings
- Verify proper use of PPE, equipment, and site documentation
- Monitor high-risk activities such as excavation, lifting operations, work at height, and hot works
- Perform site inspections and audits to identify risks and ensure corrective actions
- Support risk assessments and ensure mitigation measures are implemented
- Manage environmental aspects and emergency response procedures
- Promote a strong safety culture across all site personnel
Education & Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, HSE, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE roles within oil & gas, industrial, or construction projects
- Proven experience on site-based HSE supervision activities
- Strong knowledge of Italian HSE regulations (e.g. D.Lgs. 81/08)
- Certifications such as NEBOSH, RSPP, or equivalent are preferred
- Experience in similar construction activities (civil works, structural or seismic upgrades) is an advantage
- Fluency in Italian and English required
