Adhering to Company’s commercial excellence and pricing policies and through a disciplined commercial execution at all times, you will attain proportionate regional sales targets and exceed actual Company turnover, achieving profitable revenue growth How You Create Impact: - Sell on an entirely exclusive basis, the Company's range of products as directed by sales and marketing strategies. - Develop close relationships with all relevant stakeholders of sales process (orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, maxillo-facial surgeons, cardiac surgeons, thoracic surgeons, and C-suites) and business partner on the territory (i.e. distributors where present) - Devote adequate time to acquiring the necessary knowledge of Zimmer and competitive products required for him/her to be effective, exploiting online resources and organizing in person training. - Provide the necessary training to the customers for the safe and effective use of Zimmer products - Follow up any leads or visits, as directed by direct supervisor, in a timely manner. - Align and execute the divisional sales and pricing strategies under the guidance of direct supervisor. - Be present with proactive attitude at sales meetings, exhibitions, staff training etc. when required by the direct supervisor. - Ensure that all samples or instrumentation assigned to the individual are cared for adequately. - Take part in stock checks of FOC instrumentation and consignment stocks as and when required. - Provide on a weekly/monthly basis a report to the Sales Director, outlining performance, activities, and competitive situation. - Provide forecasts and market research information to divisional management as and when required. - Commit adequate expenses and resources to cover all accounts (i.e. public and private hospitals/clinics) within the territory on a regular basis. What Will Make You Stand Out: - Proven selling & negotiating techniques. - Presentation skills. - Preferably business degree or equivalent. - At least 5 years in healthcare industry with sales responsibility or equivalent role - Ideally knowledge of designated territory, hospitals & relevant hospital personnel. What Will Make You Successful: - Regular travel within the territory area, travel time up to 80% - Occasional international travel as required.
