About eMomentum We’re now looking for our first Sales Development Representative (SDR), a curious, energetic, and resilient professional ready to open new opportunities and build the foundation of our outbound sales motion.
As our first SDR, you’ll be the engine of our sales pipeline. Your role will focus on identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities through a mix of research, outreach, and structured prospecting.
Using data enrichment tools to build high-quality lead lists.
Managing and updating leads within our CRM (Attio) to ensure data accuracy and pipeline visibility.
Writing personalised outreach messages via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
Conducting cold calls to book discovery meetings for our sales team.
Collaborating closely with the founders to refine our messaging, targeting, and sales process.
Data-driven: You can quickly learn and use modern tools (Attio, Google Workspace, data enrichment tools like Crono).
Communicative: You can clearly and confidently engage with senior stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
~1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or similar roles (internships welcome).
~ Strong communication skills in Italian and English (written and spoken).
~ Experience with CRM systems (Attio or similar) and prospecting tools like Crono.
~ Familiarity with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach.
