This role plays a critical part in demand planning, order fulfillment, and inventory control, directly supporting business operations and performance targets. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure accurate forecasting, efficient inventory turnover, and timely delivery of orders.Core Responsibilities:PSI (Purchase-Sales-Inventory) Management:Utilize the company’s PSI tool to manage procurement, sales, and inventory, with strict control over inventory turnover indicators.Customer Demand Management:Align with product project schedules and resource availability, and communicate with sales teams to confirm a reasonable demand plan for the upcoming six months (N+6).Order Fulfilment Management:Responsible for releasing regional PO orders, coordinating production and resources, managing weekly production, anticipating risks in advance, and following up closely to ensure on-time factory order delivery.Inventory Management:Manage inventory turnover and clearance of End-of-Life products, accelerate inventory turnover efficiency, and ensure achievement of turnover targets.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with data tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.) is a plus.Excellent communication and coordination skills; ability to work cross-functionally with global teams.Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in Italian and English is mandatory; knowledge of Chinese is considered a plus.If you believe this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
