We are looking for a candidate who will support our Central Sales Team with administrative activities and KPI reporting.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to the sales force, taking care of organizational and administrative tasks.
- Pricelist upload in the CRM and pricelist management.
- Calculation of diesel floaters.
- Preparation of lists of leads to be used by the sales force.
- Analysis, reporting and KPI monitoring.
Required Profile
- Previous experience in secretarial or administrative tasks (not mandatory).
- Attitude to learning.
- Good time management and prioritisation skills.
- Dynamic and goal‑oriented approach.
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Good English knowledge (German knowledge is a plus).
