Who We’re Looking For We are looking for a
creative and technically skilled Photographer
who can turn concepts and strategies into
high-impact images
that are consistent with the brand and client communication. The ideal candidate has a
hands‑on approach, strong
technical and creative knowledge, and is ready to work on
diverse projects, from luxury to lifestyle, and from B2B to consumer.
✍️ What You’ll Do
Plan and execute
professional photo shoots
for
digital campaigns, social media, websites, catalogs, and print materials.
Collaborate with
creative teams, art directors, and account managers
to develop visuals consistent with the brand and communication strategy.
Manage
photo sets, equipment, lighting, styling, and scene composition.
Oversee
post-processing and color correction
to ensure high-quality images.
Create
original social media photography, including vertical formats, carousels, and storytelling shots.
Collaborate with
videomakers and motion designers
to produce integrated content.
Organize and manage the
digital photo archive and visual assets
for an efficient workflow.
Minimum
2–3 years of experience
as a photographer, preferably in
creative agencies or digital environments.
Strong
technical knowledge
of cameras, lenses, lighting, and studio/on‑location equipment.
Experience in
digital photography and post‑production
(Photoshop, Lightroom).
Understanding of
composition, color, lighting, and visual storytelling principles.
Ability to work
independently and collaboratively, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Proactive, detail‑oriented, and strong problem‑solving skills.
Good command of
Italian and English.
Availability to work with
freelance contract / P.IVA
or full‑time.
Nice to have
Experience in
still‑life, luxury, product, or lifestyle photography.
Knowledge of
e-commerce photography and social‑first content.
Experience working on
international or multi‑platform projects.
Experience with
video and motion photography.
