Our client is a major multinational company specializing in the distribution of medical supplies.
The organization is seeking a Customer Service Junior to join the team and support the Customer Service Manager with a range of general duties.
Responsibilities
Take customer incoming calls
Customer Service and Orders (NSO) mail activities
Data entry within a business management system
Back office support
Requirements
High school diploma
English: advanced level, preferably fluent spoken and written
Previous experience in a customer service or data entry role is preferred
The ability to respond appropriately under pressure
Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills
SAP knowledge may be advantageous
The hiring will be on a 1-year fixed-term contract.
