The Associate, Customer Marketing & eCommerce is a key player to support all brands growth across the online channel in Italy. She/he will actively contribute to reach Net Sales and Market Sales category targets, partnering with Sales to ensure execution of agreed plans in the local market. She/he will also implement Consumer and Trade Promotions including Special Packs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Owner of sell out data analysis - Drive Online and Digital activations, working with internal and external stakeholders and agencies - Develop online assets and other marketing & sales materials, helping to grow this emerging channel with innovative solutions and ideas, making sure to deliver the best possible online execution - Support on category budget management and promo activations - Support on development of media plan and e-commerce assets - Responsible for SKU-P, OTTW and ONE LIST internal processes - Develop Special ePack plans aligned with the Regional directions - Develop Trade Presentations leveraging Regional materials - Support in managing the relationship with suppliers and other partners (cooperation with regional and local partners) Required Skills / Experience / Competencies: - University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar and eventually a Business Master degree - Commercial background with at least 2 years in Commercial roles (ideally a combination of Customer Marketing / Marketing and Sales), with good/developed knowledge in Digital/Online to execute at best the expansion of the e-Commerce channel - Strong interest in an international career development path, fully mobile - Strong communicator and team worker, able to build relationships at all levels and across function - Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize - Willingness & ability to drive for outstanding results - High degree of initiative and speed - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Problem solver, high level of autonomy - Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize - Demonstrate dynamism and curiosity - Experience using market data (e.g. AC Nielsen) desirable - Fluent in Italian & English Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies: - E-commerce / digital experience - Clear understanding of the different RTM principles/strategies for channels - Team building skills - Self-starter, acting with integrity Job Requirements: - _Percentage of travel time expected, where the travel occurs, whether the travel is overnight_ - _Work environment, physical demands (if applicable)_ - Full time job (for 5 days a week from Monday to Friday) - Friendly working environment based on collaboration and trust - Will be located in the same office with Italian Category Teams (Arese) - Open office
