You will be responsible for:
Develop and deploy ML solutions to tackle critical business challenges
Work in close partnership with Business, Product, and Marketing teams, fostering open communication to clearly understand their needs and priorities
Bridge the technical gap by effectively communicating complex findings and model results to a broad audience
Collaborate with Data Engineers to deploy models in production, manage their lifecycle, and continuously improve our MLOps pipelines for efficiency and scalability
Stay ahead of the curve by studying and researching new technologies and solutions

Requisiti
What you need:
Master degree in a related field
At least 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist
Advanced knowledge of Python
Intermediate knowledge of SQL
Extensive knowledge of ML frameworks and scientific libraries (pandas, scikit-learn, tensorflow)
Proven experience in developing and deploying ML models in production, managing their full lifecycle (including real-time use cases), and monitoring their impact
Working experience in a Cloud environment
Can-do mindset with a strong focus on collaboration and teamworking
Ability to prioritize, organize and manage your workflow effectively
Proactive and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
