PEightcap is a dynamic online trading provider focused on the sale and delivery of exceptional trading tools and professional trading insights to enable smarter trading with a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering trading technology directly to clients and via our network of strategic partners. /ppThe Company is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia and has support offices in the UK, Cyprus, Bulgaria and Bahamas. /ppAs a pivotal component of Eightcap, our sales team takes pride in serving as the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through their trading journey with expertise and technical assistance. /ppThe primary objective of this role is to nurture and expand relationships with existing clients, while also identifying and engaging new opportunities to contribute to overall business growth. This position plays a key role in enhancing client satisfaction, driving retention, and reinforcing Eightcap’s reputation as a leading online trading business /ppThrough strategic relationship management and proactive support, the role contributes to the company’s growth and long-term success, focusing on supporting current client flow. /ppstrongResponsibilities /strong /pulliUnderstand the derivatives financial market, Eightcap’s offerings and competitor’s offerings to sell FX services to prospective clients to produce fee revenue and flow for Eightcap. /liliNegotiates products, services and pricing with clients /liliApply knowledge in Forex trading to analyse the processing methods and foreign exchange trade lifecycle of clients and prospects to recommend appropriate products, assist clients in managing currency exposures effectively and efficiently and advice on risk reduction strategies. /liliAnalyse the position of foreign exchange trading in the investment process of clients and prospects to determine suitability for Eightcap services. /liliMaintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of foreign exchange products and services by initiating frequent contact with other financial or competitor institutions, partners, and stay informed about industry laws and regulations. /liliNetwork and visit regular and prospective client businesses to establish and act on sale opportunities /liliManage the complete sales cycle process from initiation through compliance to the onboarded trading client. /liliEstablish rapport and trust with clients by effectively presenting technical derivative trading solutions to clients, which in turn will obtain referrals and increase funding. /liliActively seek out new sources of leads and client referrals. /liliProvide ongoing assistance and support to clients (in a timely and professional manner), including technical support and operational support in relation to trading account and trading platform matters. /liliCommunicate with existing and prospective clients on Eightcap’s product offerings and services and resolve any issues to ensure client satisfaction is achieved and maintained. /liliParticipate in telemarketing activities and initiatives to prospective and existing clients. /liliMonitor and achieve agreed KPIs. /liliPrepare salesforce reports, pipelines, and forecasts and (where required) marketing briefs on trade products and services. Collaborate with and assist other team members with ongoing technical sales support and training. /liliAssist with and coordinate with other teams to create and implement new forex sales procedures and processes. /liliWork closely with compliance to ensure best practices and industry and company standards for AML/KYC are met /li /ululliNative Italian speaker with professional proficiency in English. /liliBachelor's degree in a relevant field or at least 3 years of experience in a sales role or a role in the financial services industry. /liliStrong experience and understanding of financial markets, particularly in forex and derivatives trading, with a deep understanding of different trading platforms. /liliWell versed in electronic trading competitive landscape /liliStrong sales acumen - be a problem solver and go-getter “hunter” to deliver new business by increasing sales in trading technology. /liliAble to build and maintain long-term client relationships /liliDemonstrated experience in sales, specifically in selling FX solutions. /liliUnderstanding of compliance and onboarding processes /liliThrive in a target-driven environment and deliver consistently against KPIs. /liliAble to multitask and prioritise client communication via multiple channels. /liliAbility to think analytically and troubleshoot day-to-day client and sales issues /liliAttention to detail /liliAble to work in a fast-paced environment with a Can-Do attitude /li /ulpstrongWhy Eightcap? /strong /pulliOngoing investment in your career development /liliParental leave /liliStaff referral bonus program /liliCollaborative team culture /liliOngoing investment in your career development, including technical and professional training /liliBeing part of an exciting new project for the company /liliRegular social activities /li /ulpAre you interested in this opportunity but don’t meet every requirement?
