In order to strengthen its local structure, it has entrusted us with the search for the following professional profile: Responsibilities Develop the direct business in the technology area with distributors, resellers, service providers and integrators, being their reference entry point. Support vendors in originating business and managing new financing opportunities. Analyze market, identify prospects that match target vendors, and collaborate with BUM/HoS. Build loyal and fruitful relationships with identified vendors while maintaining a safe risk approach. Manage smooth roll-out of new relationships/businesses through internal departments. Respond to vendor needs and requirements in terms of support. Teach and train vendors to respect SGEF policies and procedures. Assess proposed business for compliance to SGEF policies and risk structure. Negotiate finance schemes and collect information to assess feasibility and prepare credit application. Manage non-standard deals and customized documentation. Perform AMLO/KYC checks and upload deals in the FO tool. Regularly visit vendors to understand needs and qualify service level provided by SGEF. Collect information on vendor business penetration of the financing business. Enhance conversion rate of approvals and benchmark with direct competitors. Meet assigned targets: business, profitability, service level, vendor satisfaction. Prepare target assessment: yearly budget targets, penetration rates, volumes, margins, conversion rates, other income. Use CRM tool and report business activities: pipeline, bookings, visits. Review programmes with Business Unit Manager/Head of Sales. Support vendor business performance and contribute to remediation actions. Represent SGEF in meetings and marketing events related to given vendors. Support BU in managing business development activities. Organize processes and workload efficiently. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the banking, financial, leasing or insurance sector. Excellent communication, decision-making, and accountability skills. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Detailed understanding of the entire business development lifecycle. Self-starting attitude with a drive to develop market coverage. Strong analytical and planning skills with strategic contribution ability. Advanced problem-solving and negotiation skills.
