Your Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Buyer Intern to join our Purchasing team.
The intern will support the team in supplier management activities and daily purchasing operations, gaining hands-on experience in procurement processes and cross-functional collaboration within an international context.
Main Responsibilities:
During the internship, the candidate will support the team in:
- Assisting with the issuance and tracking of purchase orders in the ERP system
- Managing daily communication with suppliers, including order confirmations and delivery follow-ups
- Supporting price verification and purchasing condition checks
- Helping monitor deliveries and manage any non-conformities in collaboration with internal teams
- Assisting the Sourcing team with data analysis, reporting, and preparation for negotiations
- Participating in internal meetings and, when possible, in supplier visits or trade shows
Main Requirements:
- Educational background: Degree or ongoing studies in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
- Interest in procurement, supply chain, and supplier management
