Your role as a Cloud Data Architect in NTT Data Gov & Tech will involve supporting customers in Big Data projects, collaborating with business analysts and solution architects to understand use cases, data needs, and outcome objectives. You will deliver data acquisition, transformation, cleansing, conversion, compression, and loading of data into data lakes for analytics and machine learning models. The Cloud Data Architect in NTT Data Gov & Tech understands the challenges of a cloud-native environment, can think creatively to find innovative yet simple solutions, and share these solutions with the team. We seek an engineer who can bridge Data Science and Data Engineering, with a clear understanding of both fields. If you are a Data Scientist seeking more experience in data preparation, or a Data Engineer interested in Data Science, you can become a Cloud Data Architect in NTT Data Gov & Tech Business Intelligence Service Line, in an environment blending Japanese and European cultural elements. Required Skills Experience in a cloud-native environment with at least one major public cloud (GCP / AWS / Azure); 2 years experience with Azure preferred Knowledge of Big Data Architectures, both cloud and on-premise Azure infrastructure and networking experience Experience building and delivering proofs-of-concept to address specific business needs using appropriate techniques, data sources, and technologies Experience migrating workloads from on-premise to cloud Monitoring distributed infrastructure with Azure tools or open-source options (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus) Proven experience with Java, Scala, Python, and shell scripting SQL knowledge Experience with Agile Methodology and Kanban Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Apache Spark, Databricks, and other ETL / ELT tools Cloud Certification : Azure Data Engineer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or equivalent in AWS, Oracle, GCP Desired Skills and Certifications Additional Big Data certifications (Cloudera, Databricks, etc.) Experience with non-Azure ETL / ELT solutions (Talend, Oracle Data Integrator, Informatica PowerCenter) Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Engineering and Information Technology IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals can double your chances of interviewing at NTT DATA Europe & Latam.
