You will be exposed to all aspects of a product, being involved in every stage of the process, from ideation, visualisation and industrialization.
As a senior, you will be expected to lead projects independently and drive design in a cross-functional global team.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
IDEA GENERATION on New Product designs – ensuring a strict connection with the Brand and a consumer-oriented experience
PRODUCT DESIGN on Primary packaging following Marketing team brief
VISUALIZATION of the designs to present products beautifully
PACKAGING INDUSTRIALIZATION ensuring the execution of the designs together with Packaging engineering dept. and packaging suppliers
KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
Strong background, with 5+ years' product design experience in the luxury beauty field or luxury product design
An incredible eye for detail and high standards for creating exceptional work
Sensibility for and understanding of fashion, color, product, trends and design strategies
A strong knowledge of design & product development processes, especially in the world of beauty products (Fragrances / Makeup / Skincare)
Ability to liaise with external agencies & Suppliers, providing creative direction & technical solution
Excellent knowledge of CMF and production for primary and secondary packaging
Exceptional CAD & Visualization skills
Proactive, open-minded, and passionate about design & Beauty field
Ability to think holistically about projects with multiple stakeholders involved
Comfortable working in fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required
Programs:
3D software (Rhino and Keyshot is a must)
Adobe CC suite
Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Basic 3D prototyping knowledge is a plus
AI image generation knowledge is a plus
