1 Bartender/Mixologist is wanted for a 4* Hotel &, Spa in Cirencester area, UK The hotel is located in the centre of the Cotswold village of Barnsley. Set in exquisite landscaped gardens the hotel is reminiscent of a stunning stately home with grounds to match. It is just 90 minutes from West London by car, 60 minutes by train from Paddington to Kemble, and one hour from the Midlands. Salary is 19.000/year gross +tips 100-140/month. Overtime is also paid. 45h/week.5 days/week, 2 off Accommodation according to availability is charged between 150-250/month Duty meals. Previous experience in working within a similar standard of establishment Good knowledge of cocktails. Ability to create cocktail menus Strong Interpersonal skills Good English required.
