5 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsPurpose And Main Priorities Of The RoleAs a Quality Engineer, you will report to the Quality Manager and you will be responsible for ensuring highest quality level of roll and graphics products with focus on coating and slitting processes. In a very dynamic and challenging context, you will have the role to keep strong focus on quality and to drive cross‑functional team inside the problem resolution management and a new preventive quality culture.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeYou will monitor the customer and internal claim to define the priority actions to be carried out on product and processYou will manage the problem resolution activities among different stakeholders, driving the team toward the corrective action definition and implementationYou will strongly collaborate with Customer Success team to ensure support on claim resolution and customer meetingYou will cooperate with Quality Manager for creation of a continuous improvement strategy and a quality approach oriented to preventionYou will strongly supervise the production processes, supporting our Quality specialists with the aim of reducing internal scraps and improving quality level to customerYou will promote frequent alignments with Production to assure that quality mindset is properly in place and that operator experience on quality issues is not ignoredWho We Are Looking ForBachelor’s or master’s degree in engineeringAt least 3 years of experience in the industrial sector in Quality teamStrong analytical skills and problem‑solving capabilitiesExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teamsStrong leadership skills, including the ability to drive performance in a dynamic and challenging environmentHigh level of proactivity, energy, and a strong sense of responsibilityExcellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at various levelsAbility to manage stress and handle high workloads with resilienceAdvanced proficiency in IT tools (e.G., Excel)Result‑oriented mindset, pragmatism, and a customer‑centric approachItalian (good knowledge), English (excellent)Why you can't miss this opportunityYou will be able to actively contribute to the ambitious goals that Fedrigoni is achieving in becoming the global industry leader, by ensuring accuracy of records and reporting on collection activity.
