Job Summary
This role offers an exciting opportunity to excel as a Service Integration and Project Manager, driving operational value delivery and seamless integration between product groups and other IT teams. About the Role
In this position, you will support Product Group Managers and Product Managers in project roll-out and IT product integration with globally and regionally managed businesses. You will be responsible for decreasing the complexity of working with IT from the IT Consumer and Customer point of view, facilitating collaboration and value delivery across various teams, and coordinating meetings, interactions, and communications.
A Day in the Life
- Understand deeply the objectives, goals, challenges, and needs of IT Consumers and Customers;
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with business-designated IT Customers, acting as operation liaison and advisor between IT teams and the business;
- Coordinate operational value delivery End to End and seamless integration between product groups and other IT teams during the whole life cycle of the product;
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate issue/problem diagnosis and resolution, supports crisis management, maintains proactive risk mitigation, and plans for Datacenter and Cloud products;
Map and monitor dependencies across various initiatives, conduct proactive business impact analysis and risk assessment;
Participate in end-to-end multi-supplier integration delivery reviews, proactively mitigating risks in relation with Partner Relationship Management to guarantee maximum value for IT Customers;
Deliver projects business cases, providing budget planning and benefit realization for engagements being managed;
Ensure consistent application of project management methodology, tools, and templates, including agile methodology;
Act as Scrum Master for one or more initiatives at a time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field;
- 6-10 years of overall experience in IT, of which the last 3 years spent in program and projects management experience, including agile methodology;
- Experience with one or more agile project management methodologies;
- Excellent communication skills (visual and verbal) and very strong interpersonal and influencing skills (externally and internally at all levels);
- Managing cultural diversity: respect for various cultures and understanding how to work with a variety of cultures effectively;
- Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams;
- Fluency in English
