About the role We are seeking a candidate to join our client-facing Advisory team, responsible for all one-to-one interactions with our retail clients. The investment consultant will engage via remote contact channels (telephone, video call, chat, email) to build strong customer relationships and support clients throughout their investment journey with Moneyfarm. Initially, the consultant will be supported by a more experienced Investment Consultant to optimize customer experience and results. Main Responsibilities Act as a spokesperson for Moneyfarm, delivering an exceptional customer experience as the first point of contact Develop a strong knowledge of Moneyfarm’s products and platform Manage a portfolio of clients, actively reaching out to new and existing clients to grow assets under management via email, phone, or video call Communicate our expert portfolio managers’ views on investment strategies and financial markets to clients Provide clear, concise guidance and simplified advice to help clients reach their financial goals Collaborate with other departments on projects to enhance overall client experience Maintain up-to-date client contact information in the CRM system (Salesforce) Requirements Master’s Degree in economics or finance At least 1-2 years of experience in a financial institution Strong interest in commercial activities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to build strong customer relationships and a customer-oriented attitude Proficiency in English Benefits include health insurance, wellness plans, fee-free investments on the Moneyfarm platform, regular social events, and a friendly, happy culture!
