Key Responsibilities
Develop and qualify leads through your own outreach and collaboration with European and global sales partners
Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients using Salesforce and other CRM tools
Drive business development initiatives focused on Cold Chain Ground and Managed Transportation services
Deliver compelling commercial proposals in collaboration with our tender management team
Shape sales strategies, action plans, and market development roadmaps
Act as a subject matter expert on temperature-controlled transport solutions and GDP compliance

Your Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or related field)
6–8 years of experience in the logistics industry, ideally across multiple roles
Strong understanding of pharma logistics, with emphasis on Good Distribution Practice (GDP)
Deep knowledge of international transportation and temperature-controlled logistics
Proven track record in sales and new business acquisitionFluent in English and Italian (spoken and written); additional languages a plus
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to support product and service development
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong financial acumen and broad commercial awareness
Flexible and self-motivated with a results-driven approach
