Mission / Objectives
Following the Campari Group worldwide presence and globalization, the increasingly tight relationships between Group Legal Entities and the continuous and dynamic evolutions in the Tax area, the Tax Department is seeking a Group Tax Risk Expert to join Campari Group Global HQ in Sesto San Giovanni (Milano).
Activities
* Managing the Tax Control Framework of the Group, with the support of the Group Tax team, including managing the tax risk map in line with regulatory and/or process changes.
* Monitoring the Group's Tax Control Framework by conducting periodic verification activities of the measures put in place to mitigate risks and analyzing the outcomes of the verifications conducted.
* Analyzing regulatory updates impacting business processes for the proper updating of the tax risk map.
* Defining a tax training plan within the Tax Control Framework.
* Defining requirements for the development of digital solutions for managing the Tax Control Framework.
* Drafting the Annual Report on the results of the Tax Control Framework monitoring activities to be presented to the Risk Control Committee, established within the Board of Directors.
* Supporting the admission process to the collaborative compliance regime and participating, together with the Group Tax Senior Director, in discussions with the Tax Authority.
* Managing the TCF in close and constant collaboration with other internal control and audit system stakeholders.
Education / Professional Qualifications
* Business Administration/Law degree with focus in Tax Law
* Master in Tax Law is a plus
* 5 to 9 years tax experience in corporation or legal/tax consulting firm serving multinational companies
* Ability to use professional database (Fisconline, Ipsoa, Eutekne, IBFD)
* Fluent in English
* Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (with specific focus on Excel)
* Ability to use SAP is a plus
