Overview SERVICE ACCOUNT SPECIALIST role at IMA Group. IMA ACTIVE division designs and manufactures machines/plants for the process and dosing of solid oral drugs. Work location: Ozzano dell’Emilia (BO) Responsibilities Maintain contacts with customers in your geographic areas to promote and develop new commercial projects related to revamping and upgrading machines already sold, or training packages and/or additional services related to the existing machine park. Travel for commercial visits to customer sites, in constant coordination with the Area Manager. Define a commercial offer to present to the customer, in close collaboration with the Product Manager and the Sales Assistant. Skills And Experiences Mechanical/mechatronic or electrical engineering technical background. Minimum experience in technical sales or technical customer support, in roles such as technical assistance to customers/Product Manager/Area Manager. Strong technical-commercial aptitude and ability to relate and communicate with international customers and to work in a team. Fluent English, written and spoken. Willingness to travel frequently, short to medium duration, nationally and internationally. What Would Make You a Great Fit Knowledge of a second foreign language (preferably Spanish), both written and spoken. Experience in other companies in the machinery sector, preferably Pharma.
