Experteer Overview In this role you will support the QHSE Manager to implement and continuously improve the Integrated Management System across sites and complex projects. You'll act as the technical safety contact on site, conduct inspections and audits, and drive proactive safety culture. You'll coordinate training, internal audits, and external surveillance activities while ensuring compliance with group requirements and local legislation. This is a hands‐on, field‐focused position that shapes safety, quality, and environmental performance in large‐scale civil construction and infrastructure projects.
Retribuzione / Benefits Support the development, implementation, and dissemination of the Integrated Management System (QHSE)
Act as technical point of contact for site‐based safety
Conduct field inspections and behavioral safety audits with risk mitigation guidance
Identify training needs and design coaching programs for high‐risk activities
Plan and execute annual internal audit schedule
Collaborate with external certification bodies during surveillance and renewal audits
Perform RCA on accidents and near‐misses and propose corrective actions
Update QHSE documentation in coordination with managers
Ensure subcontractor performance and compliance with SUEZ group requirements
Monitor local reporting accuracy and alignment with global standards
Assess impact of changes in legislation on operations and procedures
Integrate QHSE requirements into business processes without disrupting operations
Responsabilità 8+ years of experience in managing QHSE in large‐scale Civil Construction, Engineering, or complex infrastructure
Proven track record as ASPP in field roles
Degree or diploma in engineering (preferred) and ASPP training modules A/B
Lead/Internal Auditor courses (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)
Italian mother tongue; fluent in English; French a plus
Expert knowledge of health and safety regulations, fire and environmental risks
Analytical and critical thinking; KPI understanding; continuous improvement
Ability to work in a team and align with company values
Knowledge of Integrated Management System procedures
