Your responsibilities will be to:
1. Design and deploy scalable, highly available cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure
2. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform
3. Automate cloud operations and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
4. Monitor and optimize performance, cost, and security of Azure resources
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cloud migration and modernization projects
6. Maintain documentation for cloud architecture, processes, and procedures
7. Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards for cloud security and governance
Our requirements:
8. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
9. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud services
10. Strong understanding of Azure networking, identity (Azure AD), storage, and compute services
11. Proficient in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Azure CLI, Python preferred)
12. Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools
13. Familiarity with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Security Center
14. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
15. Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus
16. Knowledge of other server operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and Hypervisor (ESX, Hyper-V, Proxmox, etc.)
17. Excellent documentation and communication skills
18. Experience with migration from on-prem to the Azure Cloud
19. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
20. Experience with hybrid cloud environments, knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes on AKS), and familiarity with governance frameworks like Azure Policy and Blueprints are preferred
