Join to apply for the Product Manager role at Cristalfarma in Milan. We are looking for a Product Manager to manage the full product lifecycle in an expanding project. The position is located in Milan and is immediately available. Responsibilities
Define and implement marketing and communication strategies for assigned products in collaboration with the marketing director, within budget and deadlines. Draft the annual marketing plan for the assigned therapeutic area, including channel and sales cycle breakdown. Analyze the market, competitors and the needs of doctors and pharmacies to identify new business opportunities and propose targeted development plans. Coordinate launch activities of new products and support the sales force with training materials, effective promotional actions, and tools. Collaborate with internal teams such as R&D;, Medical Affairs, Communication and Sales to ensure correct positioning of products and consistency of scientific and commercial messaging. Monitor sales and market performance, providing strategic analysis and recommendations to maximize results and return on investment. Manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), external partners and suppliers, coordinating projects, events and congresses.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in scientific or economic disciplines (marketing). At least 4‑5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical sector. Experience with neurological targets is highly desired. Excellent analytical and strategic skills, with a proactive, results‑oriented approach. Curiosity and strong communication, organizational and relational abilities. Ability to manage budgets and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Willingness to travel.
