For our internal ICT team in Turin, we are looking for:
Helpdesk Operator
The candidate will configure company devices and provide support via a ticketing system.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
Technical Skills:
* Level 1 Helpdesk activities
* Assist with HW and SW on-site and remotely
* Troubleshooting various issues faced by colleagues
* Manage company assets and workstations
* Install and maintain client OS and applications (Windows, MacOS, Office)
* Basic knowledge of corporate network architecture (VLAN, Switches, Cisco)
* Monitor and manage Helpdesk ICT tickets to ensure quick response times and effective resolutions
* Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
Additional Qualities:
* Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Availability for short and occasional travel
* Possession of a B driving license
