We are looking for a Senior Kit Procedure Analyst to support our IHS activities for OR related deals in Italy. Currently, there are more than 200 active accounts across 26 countries in EMEA. Position Summary This position serves as Kit Procedure Analyst for the IHS business in Italy. In this capacity, you will take care of the costing related activities for the materials consumed in an OR deal. During the deal shaping phase, we expect you to support business leaders in defining the material catalog/material kit composition and accordingly build the cost base of the materials to be included in the proposition. A good technical understanding of materials is critical for this activity. In the active phase, you will maintain financial reporting on actual material consumption performance versus forecasted material consumption. We expect you to proactively identify and communicate Risks and Opportunities in the material composition of procedural kits. We are offering a position where you can use your clinical material knowledge in combination with your business partnering skills. In the role as senior kit procedure analyst your responsibilities include close cooperation with the country IHS team to ensure an optimal kit composition/material catalog with proper costing to enable competitive bids. You will also closely work together with on-site service delivery teams and support them with developing insightful material consumption analytics for all our customers to help them optimize material consumption. To optimize the process from tender submission to bidding, you will also work on optimization projects like optimizing the quotation tool for OR procedures. Another project on which you will focus is the further development of the dashboard that will support you in building insightful material consumption information for our customers in the OR space. Key aspects of your role will be: - Support sales in deal shaping process from technical and analytical point of view. Product knowledge and experience in the OR space is critical. - Optimize material catalog/material kit compositions with proper costing for any new deals/contract renewals to enable competitive material offerings. - Develop and share consumption data-driven insights to internal stakeholders to drive concrete actions with the internal stakeholders and to enable data driven decisions, all with the aim to improve financial performance. - Analyze customer’s material consumption data and provide relevant consumption information to these customers to ensure optimal consumption behavior. Having a close working relationship with onsite service delivery teams to incorporate customer specific items is key in this process. - Deliver continuous clinical support on ad hoc customer requests for new products and procedures. Ensure proper pricing to maintain profitability. - Categorization of new products based on technical features of the medical device. - Having a close working relationship with the other team members and create strong collaboration with other internal teams.
